Pamica is a rapidly growing industrial and service group, which today consists of 17 Swedish business groups with operations all over the world. Our company philosophy is based on entrepreneurship, a clear model for profitable growth and the creation of what we call Great Companies. The Group’s decentralized leadership, with its own boards for each company, and over 300 entrepreneurs and owners who support our companies are the basis of our success.

We grow organically and through the acquisition of entrepreneur-driven, well-managed and profitable companies. Today, we operate through 18 Swedish business groups with approximately 2,000 employees.
