Our leaders must focus on their operations. For me, the interaction between owners and management and boards in our companies is about clarity, respect for each other’s roles and clear goals. The companies in our Group are completely independent within the framework of the strategies, goals and budgets we agree on. We are active owners, but it is our companies’ managements who know their customers best, know how to develop the business and therefore must make the decisions in consultation with their board. We at Pamica can contribute with our network of people with deep knowledge in the industries we have invested in, experience from many of the situations our companies deal with and capital when it creates value. We have worked that way since the start in 2016 and will continue on our set path.
