Anders Maiqvist leaves his role as CFO

Pamica Group AB's CFO Anders Maiqvist has resigned and will assist the group in the spring of 2025 to ensure continuity within the financial function. The recruitment process for a new CFO will begin immediately and Jan-Olof Svensson will, in addition to his role as CEO, take on the role as acting interim CFO from today.

"Anders has done an excellent job during his time at Pamica and I am pleased that he is completing a number of ongoing projects and contributing to the work on upcoming quarterly reports. In addition, we have a strong finance department. We are now starting the recruitment of a replacement for the CFO role with a person who has potential to take on operational responsibilities over time," comments Jan-Olof Svensson.
