Halmstad-based Pamica Group ("Pamica"), a prominent company in acquisitions and long-term business development, is to acquire SKAB-Gruppen together with its CEO Tomas Korenado. Tomas continues as CEO, co-owner and member of SKAB Group's board. The SKAB Group is a leading manufacturer in its industry in Scandinavia, employs approx. 300 people and has a turnover of approx. SEK 750m with good profitability in the production units Specialkarosser AB in Ätran, Lagab AB in Laholm, Grothkaross AB in Mönsterås as well as the sales, service and repair unit SKAB Norge AS. SKAB Group has its headquarters in Ätran. SKAB manufactures custom carriers with sandwich design for the transportation industry, as well as special, mobile structures for many different purposes.

The transaction requires customary approval from the Swedish Competition Authority.
